Back to School is a large retail campaign that appeals to parents of younger children, showcasing product for various school-related occasions—think breakfast & lunchbox staples and classroom essentials. It also often encompasses electronics and home goods for older teens and occasionally college aged young adults.

Glassbox is a recently created, we’re talking spring of 2017-ish, internal organization within Target. We act as a resource, sounding board and gut check for Target to understand the Next Guest, a term created to refer to the *next* generation of Target guests.
